Complete instructions for several sizes, as well as intriguing details like a sideways stocking stitch accent and braided selvedges. Easily customizable, you can see a great example in Jeannine Bakriges' wonderful book, Spinning Around, where she added a Barbara Walker pattern (from A Treasury of Knitting Patterns) to the lower edge.
